In addition, we also aim to improve the overall condition and cleanliness of community parks by executing net renewals and park cleanups.
Regular cleaning
Assuming weekly cleaning at a cost of $10 per month, the annual cost for regular cleaning would be approximately $120.
Net replacements: Depending on the quality of the nets, replacement costs could range from $25 to $200 per net. Assuming a replacement every two years at a cost of $100 per net, the annual cost for net replacements would be approximately $50.

Each Park’s initial start cost is $120 and the monthly maintenance cost should be $60.
